How To Wear

Adjust strap first time so that top and bottom plates are equal distance apart. Simply stretch your arm out with your hand in a fist, tighten the adjustable strap with the fitted pad on top of your forearm.

I've had tendonitis in both epicondyles of both elbows for years. (Known as golfer's elbow and tennis elbow) I've been very limited in the kind of activities I could participate in. I couldn't afford expensive Physical Therapy. The Band-It brace has made it possible for me to use my fore arm muscles w/out re-injuring the tendons. So now they are healing and I've started rehab and strengthening exercises with a Flexbar. This is huge. Now I have real hope to be free of pain and to participate in racketball, tennis, weight training etc.

My husband is a sawfiler and has to manhandle 3+ foot diameter saws a minimum of 120 times a day. The steroid shots were no longer an option, the air-cast bands were no longer effective in addressing the tendonitis and he was no longer able to feel the tips of his fingers. He now works with the Bandits all day (and for the first two weeks slept with them until the majority of sensation had returned) and he now has a firm handshake even after working all day! Remarkable!The key difference between the BandIT and the other bands is the second (or inside) disk that puts equal pressure on the arm and more thoroughly addresses the area as a whole rather than just a "spot" therapy. We thought he would have to change professions! If we'd have known about this product 10 years ago- we'd never have invested hundreds in the air-pillows.Thanks BandIt!

How do I put my ProBand on?

BandIT: You must adjust the strap so that both the front and back plates are equal distance from each other on each side. The strap should be loosened the first time you use it. Note that the strap goes over the backplate.Loosen by slipping your finger under the center of the strap on the backplate. If the strap touches you, the product is not mounted correctly.

Can I wear my ProBand on either the right or left arm?

ProBand molds to the contours of your body as you wear it, giving you a custom fit. If you plan to wear our products on both sides of your body, we suggest that you get one ProBand for each side. Don’t forget to mark one of them “right or left” so you always re-apply to the same appendage.

How tight should I tighten my ProBand?

Your device should be applied no tighter than is necessary to keep it comfortably in place.

How long can I wear my ProBand?

You can wear your ProBand as long as you wish. Our anatomic dynamic compression® products are designed for both injury prevention and recovery, using your body's natural movement as a pumping mechanism to help flush out the inflammation at its source.

Can I wash my ProBand?

DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY. Hand wash with mild soap. Compress the pads and rinse thoroughly. Dry with a towel, pat dry any excess water - air dry.

I have a large arm – does ProBand fit me?

One size fits most. If you require a larger strap, please call us at (800) 676-1550 to place a special order. We can provide customers with a 20” strap instead of the standard 18” strap.

Can I replace the hook and loop strap?

The strap is fastened to the plate with a rivet so it cannot be replaced.
