This Kneed-It band is great. When you have a knee cap that is off center/out of place, it is a Must Have! It helps me to be able to walk. Right now could not walk without it, much less run!

I jog on a regular basis and several years ago I started having knee pain due to an exercise badly executed. Some time ago I started training to run a marathon so I decided I needed a knee support. I got 3 or 4 products that didn't work for me until I bought this one. The difference was remarkable. I was able to run longer and longer and the support it giva me felt great. Finally, the big day came and I was able to run the 26.2 miles in about 4.5 hours. Not a great time but less than I thought it would take me and I'm convinced that I wouldn't even had made it to the finish line without the support of this product. Since then, every time I go running I have at least one of these on (for some reason, my left knee needs more support than my right knee). For me at least, this product really worked well and you may want to give it a try if you have knee problems and other products haven't work for you. Good luck!

I had osgood-schlatter’s from playing youth sports, in my right knee. I’ve dealt with that pain due to a bone fragment not fusing properly and it hasn’t gone away. I’m 29 now, nothing has helped the nagging pain and sensitivity like this product has. Just put it through a full body workout that would’ve normally lit my knee up and the pain is actually gone. It’s never been fully gone especially not after a workout. I’m blown away. I will say placement matters and you need to find the sweet spot for your knee as it molds to your anatomy. But this is a 10/10.

I suffer from ostio arthritis in both knees, have been wearing those big wrap-around knee braces and a cane to walk. Lots of pain meds, cortisone shots, glucosomine, etc, all of which help but, still lots of pain to the point that I have to sidle up sideways to get up the two steps that go up to the sanctuary area in my church. Thought I would give this a try on the knee that is worse. Received it yesterday, put it on, and...miracle of miracles.....I could walk normally again! I could barely believe it. I took it off to go to bed and the knee started hurting again. Got up this morning, wrapped this little puppy on the knee again and off to church. No problem with the two steps to the sanctuary so I tried a full set of stairs (gingerly, just in case)..... no problem with the knee! After Mass went to a garage sale that was only accessible by 3 full sets of stairs; again, no problem with the knee that was wrapped in this Kneedit. Just got home, turned the 'puter on, and ordered one more for the other knee!If you suffer from arthritis in the knee, don't even wait to think about getting one of these, just get one, try it; if it doesn't work for you, you can return it but, if it does for you what it does for me, you will be telling everyone you know about it!!!
